   Verify your identity

   Selfie + liveness check before any spark unlocks. Bring a government ID for higher trust tier. We delete biometric data within 24 hours of the verification decision.

2. 02

   Open the app, start a spark

   Tap 'Spark now' for live drop-in — we pair you with a verified user from the live pool within ~30 seconds. Or schedule a slot ahead of time. Either way, twelve minutes on video. Mutual one-tap extend by five.

3. 03

   Mutual decisions, in private

   After the conversation, each of you privately marks 'Spark' or 'No spark.' Decisions are revealed only on mutual sparks. Anything else closes silently — no awkward rejection screen.

4. 04

   Collect a few vouches

   Send a private link to friends or family. They record a 90-second video about you. You approve it; we moderate it. Up to five live vouches on your profile, replaceable any time.

   Earn your trust tier

   Verification + completed sparks + vouches + reliability all feed your trust score. We display a tier (A/B/C/D) and the top factors. Never a raw number, never an accusation.
